Yes! We ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are the responsibility of the customer. These will be included in your final quote.
Turnaround depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most projects are completed within 2–4 weeks after the down payment is received. We’ll give you an estimated timeline when we provide your quote.
Yes — a 50% non-refundable down payment is required before we begin work. This ensures we can reserve time and materials for your project. The balance is due when the piece is finished and ready to ship.
For VCarved signs, we can paint them for an additional fee. For 3D carved projects, we offer only minimal finishing options (such as a solid paint color or basic stain). More detailed or custom finishing is left for you to complete, so your project arrives ready for your personal touch.
Yes. If you’d like a family name sign, logo sign, or something similar, we can arrange lettering, choose fonts, or lay out artwork. We also have access to a large library of 3D models, and can send you screenshots of available designs that may fit your project.
No, we focus on wood, PVC, and MDF only.
The maximum sizes I can cut are 32″ x 22″ for rectangular/oval projects or 23″ for round signs. If you’re unsure whether your design will fit, just include the dimensions when you submit your request and I’ll confirm before starting.
